Uncalled help may get in the way of those who have been prepared to deal with these delicate situations. It's so wrong, the world is upside down... how can the poorest nations be the ones which always suffer, not only at the hands of other human beings but also as victims of the forces of nature? Watching the news I feel so powerless...
